Freight: Flatbed (Tarping & Strapping Required)
💰 PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average Weekly: $1,400 – $1,600
- Pay Structure: 27% of load
- Estimated CPM Equivalent: ~$0.70/mile
- Miles: 2,000 – 2,500/week
Additional Pay:
- Tarp Pay: $40 per load
- Detention: $16/hr after 2 hours
- Layover: $50/day
- Breakdown: $100/day
- Per Diem: $300/week (non-taxed portion)
💸 SIGN-ON BONUS – $5,000
- $1,500 after first load
- $1,500 at 6 months
- $2,000 at 1 year
(Not eligible if 6+ jobs in last 3 years)

🏠 HOME TIME
- Home Weekly (Weekend Reset)
- Monday–Friday / Saturday schedule
- 34-hour reset required

- CDL-A required
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Must be physically able to tarp & secure loads
⚠️ JOB CONDITIONS
- 40%–50% of loads require tarping
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically active position
